3, high-speed pulley surface should be slotted to prevent the formation of air between the belt, in the small wheel rim surface open ring groove.
4, synchronous pulley should consider the installation of retaining ring to avoid the belt slip, should be considered in accordance with the specific conditions in the sprocket side of the installation of retaining ring. Refer to the following suggestions:
1) In the two-axis drive, the two pulleys must have a pulley on both sides of the ring, or two different sides of the pulley with a retaining ring.
2) When the center distance is more than 8 times the diameter of the small pulley, because the belt is not easy, both sides of the two pulleys should have a ring.
3) In the vertical shaft drive, due to the self-weight of the timing belt, one of the pulleys should be fitted with retaining rings on both sides, and the other pulleys should be fitted with retaining rings on the underside.
5, to increase the tooth tip and the top of the tooth at the top of the radius of the timing belt and the teeth of the tooth non-conjugate tooth profile meshing, so in the process of the top of the two will interfere and impact, causing the tooth Produce wear. Appropriate increase with the gear and the top of the tooth with the radius of the radius, can reduce the interference and wear, to extend the life of the belt.
6, the timing of the belt with a positive deviation to the timing of the belt with a positive deviation, can increase the pulley pitch, eliminating the polygon effect and the role of tension in the belt elongation deformation, the band produced more than the belt The effect of pitch. Experiments show that within a certain range, the belt inside and outside the diameter of a large deviation, the belt with a longer fatigue life.
